This property was amazing and it was our first time here. The staff were so polite and willing to help with anything. I should’ve asked for the 2 front desk ladies names. They were both super sweet and made us feel welcomed! Even the housekeepers greeted us in the morning and gave us whatever toiletries we needed without a problem. We will indeed be coming back to this location soon!

Clean, comfortable, nice decor with friendly, helpful, courteous front desk staff the lady that was running the bar / restaurant was exceptional as well. Very good value for a one night stay to see Cirque de Soleil the venue for Cirque du Soleil was very close only about six minutes away.

The indoor pool looked bigger in pictures. Room was smaller than we expected. was disappointed no cake pops thinking Starbucks was really Starbucks but the staff there were exceptional and the complimentary breakfast was incredable!

Our stay was even better than I expected. This was probably the cleanest and upkept hotel I have stayed in, in a very long time. I liked the layout of the room, everything was very nice and comfortable. It's just a few minutes away from tons of restaurants, Hershey Park, and the Giant Center.

The room was cute and clean. There's a place to get drinks on the lobby and a fire pit! The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Clean, beds, pillows very comfortable. The room very comfortable which is updated very nicely. The outdoor area was very nice. We enjoyed siting by the gas fireplace after a long day of driving with a cocktail.
